INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

for the positions of

STATISTICIANS AND PROGRAMMERS

(on contract/deputation)

Kindly read the full advertisement carefully before filling the online application form.

General Condition applicable to all posts

1.   Eligible candidates may apply for any of these positions only in ONLINE MODE as per the valid format of the University.

2.   Applications submitted/sent either by post/email shall be summarily rejected. No further correspondence shall be entertained.

3.   Kindly use separate Application Form for each post.

4.   Candidates currently employed in government/semi government organizations/ autonomous bodies will have to submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.

5.   Candidates from outside Delhi called for interview shall be paid TA as per entitlement for the posts of Professor and 2 AC train fare for other posts by shortest route.

6.   Minimum requirements of qualifications and/of experience may be relaxed in respect of exceptionally outstanding candidate. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions, to fill up or not to fill up any or all the posts or to shortlist and select the candidates in any suitable position depending upon the qualification and experience required for the said posts.

7. Relaxation in educational qualifications, experience, age, etc. to the reserved category candidates will be permissible as per Government of India rules.

8.   Brief details of pay at different levels is as given below which consists (Basic Pay +DA + HRA + TA):

Sr. Statisticians – ` 37400-67000 with AGP of ` 10000/- (minimum monthly salary – ` 1,32,234/-)

Statisticians and Sr. Programmer – ` 37400-67000 with AGP of ` 9000/- (minimum monthly salary – ` 1,16,592/-)

Jr. Statisticians and Programmer – ` 15600-39100 with AGP of ` 6000/- (minimum monthly salary – ` 57,816/-)

        Scrutiny of applications will begin from 05.04.2015.

How to apply online

Log on to https://www.nuepa.org  to access the home page of the "ONLINE RECRUITMENT SYSTEM". The link “Apply Now” will take you to the page having full details of advertisements and instructions for filling the online application form.

·      All the columns marked with "*" are mandatory in the Application form and have to be filled in by the candidate failing which the application form will not be submitted.

·        The system will alert you if any information is missing in the online application form.

·        After filling all the information in the online application form, please review your application form carefully before submission/click of “Submit” button. Once you click the "Submit" button, no more changes can be made.

·        After successful submission of the application form, a confirmation page will open which will have Unique Registration ID generated from the system. Please note down this Unique Registration ID as this has to be used by you in future communications.

·        A link will appear on the bottom of the page specifying "Print your Application Form". Once you click on the given link, you will be directed to the page having the Application Form with the information filled in each and every column as entered by you. This printed application form will contain your Unique Registration ID on the top.

      After submission of the Online Recruitment Application, the candidates are required to take a print out of the finally submitted Online Recruitment Application. The eligible candidates have to bring the hard copy of the submitted online application, if called for interview. Please don't send any document to NUEPA until asked for.

You may keep a photocopy of printed application with the Unique Registration ID for future reference.

How to Track your Application status?

Log on to https://www.nuepa.org  and move to the link "ONLINE RECRUITMENT SYSTEM".

Click on the link "Print/Track your Application", which will take you to the page where you have to enter your Unique Registration ID.

After entering the information, click on the Submit button. If the entered information is correct and matches with the information stored in the database, the Application Status will be displayed along with the Application Form.
