Dr. Charu Malik

Dr. Charu Malik is currently working as Consultant in the National Centre for School Leadership, NUEPA. Completed Ph.D.in A Study of Equity in Access and Participation in Secondary Education in Uttar Pradesh, from the Department of Educational Planning, National University of Educational Planning and Administration. Has done Post Graduation in Sociology from Jawahar Lal Nehru University. For the past two and a half years, she is working with the Centre in designing and developing the School Leadership programme, at the curricular as well implementation levels. Developed materials and transacted sessions for One Month Summer Programme and One Year PG Diploma on School Leadership and Management. In the field, she is co-ordinating and engaging more intensively with programme implementation in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana and Madhya Pradesh. Her areas of interest include educational planning and school leadership.
