Ms. Darakshan Parween

Ms. Darakshan Parween is currently working as Project Junior Consultant at NCSL, NUEPA New Delhi. Her current focus is School Leadership Development. She has been actively engaged in designing of School Leadership Programme with the NCSL team and developing the material. She is providing academic and logistic support in organising National and State Level Consultations, Workshops, Seminars and Colloquium on School Leadership. She also facilitates the sessions in the Capacity Building of State Resource Group (SRG) & School Heads both at national and state level. She has been writing report for various consultations and workshops organised by the Centre. She has also developed a directory of state resource group for 22 states SRG's Prior to this she has worked as a Research Investigator at the Department of Psychology, Jamia Millia Islamia New Delhi. She completed her Post Graduation in Education from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from Maharishi Dayanad University, Rohtak, Hayana. Her areas of interest include teacher educator, attitude of teachers towards teaching profession, educational technology and school leadership.
