Ms. Monika Bajaj
Monika Bajaj is a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. She is currently working as a Junior Consultant at NCSL, NUEPA, New Delhi for more than two years. She provides academic and logistic support in organising National and State Level Consultations and Workshops Colloquium & Seminars on School Leadership & Workshops on Curriculum and Material Development. She has been writing reports of National and State Level Consultations and Workshops and other activities of NCSL. She has also been involved in making National Programme Design & Curriculum Framework and Handbook. She also facilitated the sessions in One Month Summer Programme & PG Diploma on School Leadership Development. She created and continues to support updating of e- database for NCSL and also contributed two blogs on 'Leader as Facilitator' and 'School Leader as a Bridge between School and Community. She Facilitated Capacity Building Workshop For State Resource Group on School Leadership Development in Uttar Pradesh. She has been involved in interpretation and analysis of school education data and status of school heads in India.
