Ph.D (Education) from the Centre of Advanced Studies in Education (CASE), the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Masters both in botany and Education from the same university with six years of teaching at both under graduate and post graduate level and one year of research experience as a project fellow at CASE, Baroda. Contributed in the area of community participation in elementary education and capacity building of teachers in elementary education. Currently working with the department of school and non-formal education with special focus on school leadership development.
