(Education) from the Central Institute of Education,
Delhi University; was on the staff of Lady Irwin
College. Areas of specialization include Decentralized
Planning and Community Participation, Policy analysis
and Teacher Education. Conducted several research
studies; evaluative studies of Centrally sponsored
schemes and identification of best practices in the
National programme of Nutritional Support to Primary
Education.
