Academic Leadership Development Programme
(LEAP)

The National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), (Deemed to be University) established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, has been approved as a Training institution for implementing the Leadership for Academicians Programme. Please find the Brochure.



The mandatory eligibility conditions shall be:



  • I. At least 8 years of experience in the grade of Professor.
  • II. At least 3 years of experience in administrative positions.
  • III. Impeccable Integrity.
  • IV. High academic standing (at least 30 publications ‘SCOPUS’ international journals/ UGC Approval Journals.
  • V. Age 55 yrs and below
