Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Economics of Education from Jawaharlal Nehru University with First class Masters in both Economics and Education Dr. Aarti has the experience of working in the Institute of Applied Manpower Research (Planning Commission), V. V. Giri National Labour Institute(Ministry of labour), University of Delhi and Banaras Hindu University. During her stint at BHU she was also supervising students from the Wisconsin University, USA. She has been handpicked for many daunting assignments like the NCF2005, (NCERT), World Social Science Curriculum (CBSE), Rockefeller funded project on South Asia, Australia -India project on higher education, etc. Dr. Aarti has published widely on relevant themes i.e. Skills for Employability, Youth Employability, Gender and Employment, Teaching learning in Higher Education and other aspects of Higher Education both in journals and books. She is also on editorial board of several indexed Journals and member of several professional bodies.
